All recordkeeping training as well as questions regarding process, procedures and priorities are to be directed to the lead Marketing Records & Retention Specialist. - Works cross-functionally with Recordkeeping and Marketing Senior Management to address current operational gaps and remedy historic gaps. - Works with Recordkeeping and Legal Compliance to help ensure current and future SEC, FINRA and ERISA requirements are met. - Represents operational application of compliance requirements to marketing's workflow, helping other business units and/or companies understand new and existing touch-points in cross-functional and enterprise projects. - Helps manage and prioritize incoming record requests. - Converts requests into records, organizes the record and corresponding documents and submits for signatures and/or legal approvals as necessary. - Iterates submission forms and processes with goal of automating the record creation process. - Provides recordkeeping coverage for Content Production, Digital and Private Client Services. Provides assistance in recordkeeping remediation and additional Recordkeeping overflow needs. - Provides assistance as a compliance point of contact for Recordkeeping and Legal/Compliance for producing various reports and providing report analysis. - Reports to two departmental Senior Managers for Marketing priorities Job Requirements -The ideal candidate would need experience in the following: - Compliance management and knowledge of regulatory requirements, specifically SEC, FINRA and ERISA record and retention requirements. - Recordkeeping experience and familiarity with recordkeeping processes, procedures, and priorities. - Cross-functional collaboration and project management experience. - Attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Experience with marketing workflow and the ability to represent compliance requirements within that context. - strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with Recordkeeping, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing Senior Management.
