Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising. Coordinate logistics for company events, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings, from venue selection and vendor management to attendee coordination and post-event follow-up. Prepare sales materials, presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic growth. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized outreach efforts. Assist in managing client accounts, including contract administration, order processing, and customer service inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align strategies and achieve business objectives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and sales to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
