What You'll Do: 80% of your time will be spent on: Managing complex calendars for 3–4 senior leaders (including team meetings, 1:1s, key business priorities) Arranging travel, processing expense reports, handling logistics (e.g., bookings, reservations, offsite planning) Supporting light business operations (coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, decks, and follow-ups) Assisting with executive communications, briefing materials, and project tracking Additional Responsibilities: Partnering with other Executive Business Partners and Business Managers across the org Leading logistics and coordination for team events and offsites across the Americas Supporting special projects and maintaining accountability on key deliverables What You Bring: 5–7+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Partner supporting senior leadership strong project and task management experience in high-paced environments Mastery of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) Experience collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders Calm under pressure, thrives in ambiguity, and communicates clearly across formats (email, IM, video) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred but Not Required: Previous experience supporting Microsoft leaders or within similar fast-moving tech environments Bachelor’s degree salary: $40 - $45.52 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities→ Provide executive support for 3 senior leaders, including handling key logistics, communications, and task management → Partner closely with other Executive Business Partners and Business Managers to align priorities and support leadership team effectiveness → Coordinate team events and offsites across the Americas org — including planning, logistics, and execution → Assist with meeting agendas, team communications, project follow-ups, and executive briefing materials → Support special projects and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables o Executive calendar management for 4 leaders which includes being in daily/weekly communication with leaders on managing meeting requests, team meetings, 1:1's for the coming days/weeks.
