Manage all incoming communications, including answering and routing calls, and documenting messages accurately. Coordinate new hire logistics, conducting office orientations, setting up workstations, and assisting with onboarding coordination. Support employee transitions (onboarding and offboarding) by collaborating with HR and IT departments. Troubleshoot IT issues for entire office, as needed Administer the staff access system, securely issuing and deactivating photo ID and access badges. Schedule and coordinate various internal events, including meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions. Manage inventory and procurement, proactively tracking and ordering office supplies and equipment to ensure continuous availability. Liaise with external technology vendors to maintain the functionality of essential office equipment (laptops, phones).
