Key Achievements: Transform Operational Tasks into Impact: Execute high-volume data entry and processing, handling 600–1,000+ lines per day to ensure the timely receipt of materials. Perform accurate and timely SAP receipts by meticulously comparing incoming packing slips (primarily from vendors like Border States Electric) against corresponding purchase orders (POs). Troubleshoot and resolve documentation and receipt discrepancies through effective communication with planner buyers, external vendors, and field engineers. Coordinate essential support by managing heavy email correspondence with vendors for packing slip procurement and subsequent SAP entry. Essential Qualifications: 2 + years of proven experience in supply chain, receiving, AP, or data entry in a similar corporate environment. Fluency in MS Outlook (for high-volume email management) and MS Excel (working from spreadsheets). Fast and accurate typing / 10-key proficiency.
