Contact customers via phone and email to collect on outstanding balances and respond to invoicing inquiries. Support invoice generation and distribution; respond to customer requests for statements and records. Manage email communications from accounting inboxes and help prioritize financial workflows during month-end close. What You Bring: Experience in an Accounting, Finance, or Order Management department. Background in Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including order entry and cash collections. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and month-end close responsibilities.
