We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Coordinator to join our Charlotte team. This position will be supporting 110 hourly employees and 22 salaried employees. The position offers a very competitive salary and benefit package that includes tuition reimbursement programs after 12 months of employment and satisfactory levels of performance.salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorResponsibilities Prepare weekly payroll for hourly and salaried non-exempt employees. Review exception reports daily. Process payroll corrections or additions as needed. Make changes as needed. Act as a primary contact for human resource issues and questions from employees concerning pay, policies, practices and processes. Respond to concerns and questions in a timely manner. Must have a strong knowledge of state, federal and company policies to assist the Sr. Mgr., Human Resources with these policies. Actively participate in developing and sustaining a culture focused on safety, quality, productivity improvement and cost reduction. This will require time on the production floor focused on building and maintaining effective relationships. Audit employee files to ensure proper documents are included.
