ADP Systems Mastery: Own full administration of ADP Workforce Now and ADP RUN; manage payroll processing, tax oversight, deductions, and reconciliations while maintaining absolute data integrity. Training & Development: Design internal e-learning modules and training guides within ADP; assign and track completion of internal CLE-style initiatives and required compliance courses. Payroll & Benefits Governance: Lead annual benefits renewals and vendor negotiations; oversee 401(k) administration, year-end reporting, and ensure all compensation practices remain sustainable and compliant. Human Capital Management: Execute full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; manage employee relations, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and professional documentation of separations. Compliance & Risk: Mitigate employment-related risk by enforcing policy integrity, maintaining I-9 compliance, and updating employee handbooks in accordance with evolving federal and state labor laws.
