We are looking for an experienced and driven Full Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Cycle Technical Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind finding and securing the best talent for our core engineering and product teams. This is a high-impact role where you will manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for a diverse range of technical positions. This is an ONSITE position and the team works at the Plano, TX office five days a week.salary: $33 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Full Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruiting process for a high volume of technical roles, primarily focused on Software Engineers (backend/frontend), Data Scientists, DevOps/SRE, Product Managers, and more.Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top-tier passive technical talent across various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networksCandidate Experience: Act as the main point of contact for all candidates, ensuring a world-class, positive, and communicative experience from first touchpoint to offer.Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads who are also on-site to define job requirements, build interview plans, and provide market insights to influence talent decisions.Data-Driven Recruiting: Track and analyze pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and use data to refine and improve recruiting processes.Offer Negotiation: Confidently present offers and close candidates, navigating complex compensation and relocation conversations.
