Production Processing: Use Bills of Materials (BOM) and specific recipes to deduct raw materials and update finished goods inventory records daily. Job Reconciliation: Partner with lab technicians to assign raw materials to products and officially close out production jobs in the system. Auditing: Lead weekly cycle counts for all materials, analyze any variances with Plant Managers to find root causes, and implement corrective actions. Month-End Reporting: Complete full inventory reconciliations and submit required paperwork, which may include Saturday work if production is active. Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordination: Scale inbound and outbound trucks, confirm appointment times, and maintain detailed logs for all facility traffic. Order Fulfillment: Ship-confirm customer orders in Oracle to ensure accurate shipment details, generate necessary invoices, and close out orders. Material Receipts: Process incoming materials in Oracle and work closely with Procurement regarding railroad transactions. Data Maintenance: Track daily production weights in pounds using Excel to maintain high-level reporting accuracy.
