Our client has a Sr. Payroll Tax Analyst opportunty. This person will be managing multi-FEIN, multi-state payroll tax reporting and compliance. You’ll drive efficiencies through complex data analysis, ensure W-2 integrity, and partner with third-party vendors to optimize filings. Key Requirements: 5+ years multi-state payroll tax experience. Expertise in Workday, equity taxation (RSUs), and Excel. FPC/CPP preferred. salary: $37 - $43 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesEnsure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, amendments, and reporting including employee W-2s and W-2c’s Reconcile all tax and wage amounts for multiple legal entities monthly, quarterly, and annually between the payroll system and third-party tax service including reconciliation of W-2s to payroll tax reports and the quarterly 941 returns to W-2 totals.
