Operating within a high-volume shared services environment, this specialist is responsible for the timely, compliant processing of invoices, vendor reconciliation, and effective Spanish communication. Key Responsibilities Process and validate supplier invoices in full adherence to Mexican fiscal and tax regulations, including essential verification of CFDIs and supporting accurate tax reporting. Proactively manage and reconcile AP Aging reports and vendor statements, ensuring prompt resolution of all outstanding items. Collaborate in both Spanish and English with vendors and internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Support supplier onboarding, including compliance verification, and maintain meticulous records for internal and regulatory audits. 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a shared services or global setting. Professional written and verbal proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Demonstrated understanding of Mexican invoicing and tax requirements.
