In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our Commercial teams and Manufacturing, managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and driving the S&OP process to optimize our inventory and production flow. Who You Are The Expert: You have 3–5+ years of experience in supply and production planning with exposure to S&OP, MPS, and PDLM processes. Technical Pro: You are proficient in SAP (MPS, MRP, routing) and have experience with JDA/BlueYonder. Analytical Mindset: You excel at root cause analysis, scenario planning, and constraint-based decision-making. Collaborator: You can clearly communicate capacity risks and supply scenarios to stakeholders ranging from factory teams to executive SteerCo meetings. S&OP Leadership: Lead monthly Supply Reviews to define mid- and long-term supply plans. Constraint Management: Proactively identify capacity issues and perform scenario mapping to mitigate risks to customer service levels. Operational Excellence: Drive key metrics including CSL Availability, inventory health (excess/aging stock), and factory KPIs like CLIP and LAP.
