Who You Are The Expert: You have 3–5+ years of experience in supply and production planning with exposure to S&OP, MPS, and PDLM processes. Technical Pro: You are proficient in SAP (MPS, MRP, routing) and have experience with JDA/BlueYonder. Analytical Mindset: You excel at root cause analysis, scenario planning, and constraint-based decision-making. Collaborator: You can clearly communicate capacity risks and supply scenarios to stakeholders ranging from factory teams to executive SteerCo meetings.
