Coordinate production schedules, considering factors such as equipment availability, personnel resources, and material availability. Utilize MRP systems to analyze and manage material needs, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste. Ensure all production activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines governing pharmaceutical manufacturing. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Familiarity with MRP systems, ERP software Managing and controlling inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production needs while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. Plan for raw material availability in conjunction with procurement team and timely quality control (QC) releases. Follow-up, as required, with all teams to expedite the execution and documentation to meet production schedule and customer expectations. Complete status reports for production progress, work in process, and raw material inventory.
