job summary: Great client is opening a brand new production facility and looking for a Production manager to help with their product manufacturing. This client has been growing tremendously and this opportunity will be in a prime role for further advancement and career development. Please note this is a 2nd shift role, hours are from 3PM to 11:30PM and the right candidate should have a strong background in production management managing teams 20-50+ location: Lowell, Massachusetts job type: Permanent salary: $85,000 - 100,000 per year work hours: 3pm to 12am education: Associates responsibilities: Our Production Supervisor will work on our unique consumer facing products. Our ideal candidate will manage the production line producing our designed products. You will drive production line efficiency, productivity, and report daily on WIP and blockers. You should be a good communicator and motivator. This is a second shift role, typically 3pm-11:30pm M-F. Alternating Saturdays should be considered on an as needed basis.
