Executive Assistant II (Remote) This is a temporary contract position within the Admin Specialist Program, a scaled administrative team designed to provide high-level support to multiple leaders simultaneously. This role functions at a support ratio of up to 6:1, focusing on core administrative tasks to allow leaders to prioritize high-impact work.Core Responsibilities Calendar Management: Provide high-volume, complex calendaring support for multiple leaders across various time zones.
