We are seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role combines mechanical repair, basic electrical work, and preventative maintenance to keep our facility running at peak performance. Key Responsibilities: Mechanical: Perform basic plumbing, welding (torch, plasma, saw), and equipment assembly/disassembly. Interpret machine diagrams and plant layouts to diagnose and implement repair plans. Electrical: Run conduit, initiate new circuits, and maintain plant lighting. Assist with electrical calibrations and inventory control. Safety & Maintenance: Perform PMs on all machinery, maintain the plant fire system, and serve on the Emergency Response Team. Collaboration: Follow instructions from Lead/Class A technicians and accurately use precision instruments and tape measures. Requirements: Proficiency in advanced shop math and handbook formulas. Perform basic plumbing on machinery and/or equipment. 2. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. 3. Weld and use a cutting torch, plasma cutter, cut-off saw, and machine-shop equipment. 4. Report conditions encountered that may affect the operation of the equipment. 5. Assemble and disassemble equipment. 6. Ready equipment for shipment to other locations. 7. Read and interpret basic machine diagrams and plant layout drawings. 8. Recognize potential mechanical problems, plan a solution for repair, and implement the plan. 9. Maintain plant fire system. 10. Serve on plant emergency response team. 11. Communicate, accept input, and follow instructions from Mechanic A or Lead Person. 12. Ability to read and interpret a tape measure. Electrician B 1. Interpret complicated drawings, using advanced shop math and handbook formulas. 2. Perform inventory control in conjunction with the job of a Class "A" Electrician. 3. Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machinery and/or equipment. 4. Assist with the calibration of all in-plant electrical equipment. 5. Maintain plant lighting systems, inside and outside of the building. 6. Run conduit and/or initiated new electrical circuits. 7. Requires the ability to use advanced shop math and use a wide variety of precision instrument and devices. 8. Communicate, accept input, and follow instructions from Electrician A or Lead Person. 9.
