Your day-to-day will involve: Proactive Calendar Management: Mastering attorney schedules to ensure all deadlines are met without a hitch. Litigation Support: Coordinating and scheduling depositions, mediations, and hearings, often involving multiple parties and expert witnesses. Document Production: Preparing and formatting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses specific to insurance defense. Court Filings: Managing electronic filings (e-filing) in both Florida State and Federal Courts. Communication Hub: Serving as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and claims adjusters.
