Assisting with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, notices of deposition, mediation, and other tasks as required. Investigating facts to contribute to the resolution of legal disputes. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Recording and storing client information. Utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Filevine on a daily basis. Managing a team of 6-9 support staff members and providing direct legal support to the team lead attorney. Conducting audits of approximately 50-100 cases accurately and efficiently.
