Master the Tech Stack: Navigate legacy and modern logistics platforms, utilizing AS/400 for domestic lanes and CargoWise for international freight from Mexico. Lead the Conversation: Represent the operations team during daily shipper status calls and weekly milestone review meetings. Protect the Bottom Line: Review domestic rate cards and validate carrier costs prior to booking to maximize shipment profitability.
