job summary: Senior Test Engineer JOB DESCRIPTION QA Automation/ Manual tester The ETS Business Systems Delivery (BSD) Customer Engagement Pega team collaborates with our Customer Operations and Energy Services business partners to support, manage, and implement a portfolio of ETS system capital initiatives. Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes. Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (ADO, JIRA, RCLM). Knowledge of SQL databases. Experience with automation testing using Selenium, Playwright. Experience with API testing using postman or SoapUI. Experience with performance testing tools using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc. Experience with manual testing Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
