Key Responsibilities We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous individual to help maintain our high standards of product quality. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet defined specifications before shipment. Product Inspection and Testing Perform routine in-process and final inspections of manufactured products, components, and raw materials. Conduct physical measurements and quality checks using various tools, such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and specialized testing equipment. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials and finished goods. Collaborate with production personnel to perform first-piece and continuous quality checks to minimize waste and ensure efficient output. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and detailed quality records and inspection logs for all tested products. Document and clearly communicate quality issues and failures to the Production Supervisor and relevant team members. Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality work instructions. Generate reports summarizing inspection results and trends for management review. Process Support and Improvement Support the manufacturing team in understanding and adhering to product specifications and quality standards. Assist in the investigation of customer complaints or returned materials to identify root causes of quality issues. Contribute ideas and feedback for process improvements that enhance product quality and efficiency.   Important Notes for Applicants Manufacturing Experience: While prior formal QC experience is a plus, we welcome applications from individuals with 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in our industry who are looking to transition into a dedicated Quality Control role.
