We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join a growing biotech manufacturing team in North Billerica. In this role, you will be responsible for the labeling, packaging, and visual inspection of pharmaceutical products for worldwide distribution. This work is primarily manual with some automated labeling operations and requires strict adherence to cGMP guidelines, batch record documentation, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.salary: $24 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Perform manual visual inspections of pharmaceutical vials per established qualification criteria.Support kit packaging operations, including labeling and packaging for global distribution.Accurately complete manufacturing batch records, standardized forms, and documentation in compliance with GDP, ALCOA+ principles, and company SOPs.Monitor product accountability, label control, segregation, and clearance activities to ensure compliance with cGMP standards.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals; participate in team discussions and problem-solving. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred.0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations (pharma/biotech preferred).Prior GMP/GDP and batch record experience required.
