A well respected litigation defense firm seeks an attorney to join their team as an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney.  In this role you will work on workers' compensation matters and/or general liability matters.  This position offers the opportunity for advancement into Partner status. The firm is open to a recently licensed attorney or an experienced practitioner.  The firm prides itself on having a family-oriented culture. To that end, they have a flexible work schedule (half days on Fridays), and you only need to head into the office on Tuesdays (you can head in more often if you'd like).  The annual billable hour requiment is 2000.  Position requires an active license in Delaware.
