A boutique business litigation law firm that represents Fortune 500 companies in commercial disputes of all kinds is adding another attorney to their LA team.  This is a firm that is collegial and collaborative, not bureaucratic. They don't take themselves too seriously and they are known for their employee retention. It is their intention for this hire to move into a Partner role.  Position requires: (i) active license in CA; (ii) 2+ years of relevant commercial litigation experienct; (iii) excellent academic credentials (law review and top 10% of class). Role is HYBRID with 3-4 days/week in office. Billable hour requirement is 2000 hours. Salary of $215,000 - 335,000 DOE + annual bonus. The Litigation Attorney will be handling pre-litigation and litigation matters involving real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditors' rights.
