Event Planning: Assist with the coordination of tours, engagement events, and town halls. Financial Administration: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and route documents for executive signature. Facilities & Tech Support: Manage conference room requests, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain advanced knowledge of conference room equipment. Office Operations: Log attendance records, execute shipping requests (UPS/FedEx), and manage office supply procurement.
