Our client is in search of an HR Professional to join the HR Employee Solutions team. This role plays a vital part in delivering operational support to our Senior HR Business Partners (HRBPs), in addition to assisting employees and managers throughout the Firm with various processes related to the employee lifecycle. Moreover, this position collaborates closely with HR product areas within the department to enhance efficiencies and implement best practices in HR procedures. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management of ad-hoc reporting requests on behalf of HR Employee Solutions. Determine the appropriate course of action for reporting and assess report requests (guide users toward self-service, redirect to Data & Analytics, or manage within HRES). Take ownership of pertinent reporting requests from initiation to final output. Possess a clear understanding of data sensitivity and governance considerations. Collaborate with the Process Optimization team to document reporting requests spanning all business units. Work alongside the Process Optimization team to pinpoint process standards across all business units. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficient Excel skills and possess experience in data analytics.
