Qualifications: 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting in fast-paced corporate or retained search environments (financial services preferred); travel industry recruiting experience is a plus.Proven direct sourcing capability, name generation, networking, and relationship building; effective with senior‑level talent.Bring a strong business acumen with superior multitasking, project management, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Skilled in sophisticated compensation discussions and offer negotiation; trusted with sensitive/confidential information.Innovative, results‑oriented, and comfortable operating independently amid changing priorities and tight deadlines.Confident communicator, effective at all organizational levels, with the ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize consistently.
