Operational Excellence: Attend intake and calibration meetings to refine "ideal candidate" profiles. You will maintain 100% data integrity within Workday while tracking sourcing metrics to drive continuous improvement. What You Bring Experience: 7–10 years of dedicated sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition. Domain Expertise: A proven track record in capital equipment, semiconductors, or advanced hardware environments is required. Technical Mastery: Expert-level capability in Boolean search and keyword optimization. You must be proficient with Workday, Eightfold, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority sourcing projects in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Market & Talent Insights • Provide recruiters and hiring managers with market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive landscape data. • Track sourcing performance metrics and share recommendations for continuous improvement. Screening & Candidate Qualification • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit (experience, skills, interest level, compensation expectations). • Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters/hiring managers. Collaboration & Partnership • Work closely with recruiters and HR partners to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. • Attend intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring team debriefs.
