Evaluate job positions and determine appropriate classification, FLSA status (exempt vs. non-exempt), and salary ranges. Prepare and maintain job descriptions, occupational classifications, and salary structures. Assist with personnel record management, policy documentation, and employee handbooks. Develop and maintain organizational charts, job analysis reports, and career path documentation. Support compensation analysis and workforce planning initiatives. Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Affirmative Action, and regulatory guidelines. Provide guidance and basic mentoring support to managers and employees, including performance feedback.
