job summary: Our client has a temp or temp to possible perm for a Project Coordinator to support our client and help wit scheduling events, coordinate project deliverables and support the team with administrative tasks and specific study initatives related to grant management Candidates do need to have vaccination and booster and work in the office 30 to 35 hours a week. location: New York, New York job type: Contract salary: $25 - 33 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide administrative support for the client corporate end users. - Coordinate travel, meetings and logistics for staff and events. - Prepare memos, draft contracts and manage electronic files. - Coordinate budget and accounting processes for staff, including purchasing. - Collaborate with staff to manage tasks, projects and timelines for the portfolio. - Coordinate the grant application process and draft grant agreements. - Develop and maintain relationships with grant selection committees, potential applicants and grantees. - Research and report on topics relevant to the work. - Update and maintain the portion of the client's website in collaboration with marketing team. - Assist with drafting, reviewing and editing internal and external reports, presentations and other communications. QUALIFICATIONS − Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related social science or health field. − Outstanding organizational skills with an excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task. − Excellent computer and internet skills with a high level of experience in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. − Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. − Versatility and adaptability, with the ability to manage many projects and several priorities simultaneously. − Self-motivated team player who works cooperatively and positively with other employees. − Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and editing skills. Preferred: − Experience in accounting, database and web content applications (e.g., Great Plains, SurveyMonkey, Mailchimp and content management systems). − Two-plus years' work experience in a professional setting.
