Customer Representation: Serve as the professional face of the company, providing clear communication and technical guidance to customer IT and facilities teams. Collaboration & Reporting: Partner with internal engineering teams to share field feedback, improve product design, and accurately log activities via ticketing systems. What You Bring (Qualifications) Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R, data centers, electrical/mechanical systems, or field service. Education/Training: High school diploma/GED required; trade school, military training, or technical certifications (CompTIA, EPA 608) are a major plus. Skills: Foundational troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently. Travel & Freedom: Valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a passport, and a willingness to travel approximately 50% (primarily domestic, occasional international). Site Coordination: Interface with customer IT and facilities teams to align liquid cooling with power distribution and monitoring tools. Service Response: Respond swiftly to service events to meet customer uptime expectations. Customer Relations & Collaboration Field Representation: Serve as a professional, customer-facing contact, providing clear communication and basic system overviews. Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Engineering and Manufacturing to resolve field issues and provide product design feedback. Documentation: Accurately log service activities, findings, and resolutions within ticketing systems.
