We are seeking a skilled Controls Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial automation and control systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs, industrial electrical systems, and automated production equipment. This position requires the ability to work safely with electrical systems up to 480 volts and a willingness to work overtime,My client offers excellent benefits! salary: $75,000 - $94,999.99 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing equipment and control systems. Program, modify, and maintain Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs. Maintain and troubleshoot HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial networks. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals. Install, test, and commission new automation equipment and control systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and control systems. Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, relays, contactors, and control panels. Safely work on and around electrical systems operating at voltages up to 480 VAC. Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
