This includes performance evaluations, training plans, and fostering a strong safety culture. Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting: Maintain a high level of technical understanding related to all equipment, including stamping presses, automation equipment, high-voltage electrical systems (up to 480V+), hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Allen Bradley). Maintenance Strategy: Define, implement, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs to achieve maximum equipment uptime and eliminate machine losses. Process & Quality Compliance: Ensure technical support aligns with the Tuopu Production System (TPS), focusing on safety, quality, and cost. This involves maintaining maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation related to the automotive supply chain. Budget & Inventory Management: Manage the maintenance department's budget, control spending, and establish the strategy for spare parts inventory and procurement. Capital Projects: Coordinate and oversee equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications to enhance the facility's manufacturing capabilities.
