job summary: Job Title Release Train Engineer Job Responsibilities Risk & Dependency Management: Collaborates closely with software leaders and team members to proactively identify, analyze, and resolve risks, dependencies, and conflicts within the Agile environment, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to delivery schedules. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science, or IT Engineering; Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management, or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Agile Project Management, or equivalent; OR no prior experience required with a Master's Degree.
