We are seeking a Lead Press Operator to spearhead our day-shift press production line. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be the go-to expert for setting up, operating, and maintaining our printing presses during our 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift. Team Mentorship: Guide, train, and support junior press operators to help the team meet production goals and deadlines. What We Are Looking For Experience: Proven experience as a press operator in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Detail-Oriented: Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions with a sharp eye for quality. Physical Stamina: Comfort working a 12-hour day shift, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as required. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
