job summary: Our client is seeking a hands-on Design Engineer with Project Management experience to lead the design and execution of medium to high complexity engineering projects. This is not a traditional PM role - the ideal candidate is a technically strong design engineer who has taken products from concept to manufacturing, understands PCBA development and system integration, and can manage the full project lifecycle including budget, schedule, and client relationships. The ideal candidate brings experience in power design, renewable energy, or energy infrastructure.
