A Gobal Biotech/Pharma located in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team! Overview: The incumbent provides high-level administrative and office support to the VP/Head and direct reports and team as required. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. The work includes analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve and assist staff of complex details and advanced administrative duties. May handle special projects and execute research and some data analysis tasks. Collects and prepares information for use in discussions/presentations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts and works with company personnel at all organizational levels to schedule meetings, gather information and may prepare agendas, minutes, and reports, as needed. salary: $50 - $60 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesManage Senior leader and team’s agenda as well as Departments meeting management Manages complex and team global schedules; schedules meetings and makes travel arrangements for supported team as necessaryManages the administrative priorities and solves conflicting prioritiesAccountable for team meetings and other department meeting planning and organization (schedule attendees, book conference rooms, virtual meetings, arrange catering, prepare presentations & meeting materials, if requested, etc.).
