Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for technical, professional, and leadership roles. Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent. Provide a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and recruiting processes. Drive consistency and continuous improvement across talent acquisition programs and processes. Share recruiting metrics, progress updates, and market insights with stakeholders. Maintain accurate and confidential records within HR and talent acquisition systems. Mentor recruiters and other HR team members while serving as a trusted talent acquisition resource. Act as a brand ambassador and culture champion throughout the hiring process.
