As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring project budgets are on track, and financial reports are accurate. This is a perfect fit for a proactive accounting professional ready to take on a critical role in a growing company.salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesReview and manage subcontract documents, process owner requisitions, including AIA billing, coordinate with project teams on change orders and budget revisions, assist with invoice processing and purchase order management, manage project start up; issue subcontracts, and perform all other activities required to appropriately structure accounting systems for the project type, assist in project close-out: manage final billing adjustments, subcontract finalization, archiving, and other processes that confirm complete execution of the project contract, manage payments to subcontractors and vendors, verifying proper approvals and documentation, monitor subcontractor compliance, including insurance, lien waivers, and other required documentation, collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate cost reporting and revenue recognition, support month-end and year-end financial closings, including preparation of project-specific reports, contribute to year-end audit preparation with accurate and complete financial backup, prepare journal entries for general ledger and cash management, perform general ledger reconciliations and account analysis related to projects, conduct ad-hoc research and reporting on both project-specific and corporate financials, contribute to process enhancements for project accounting systems and workflows.SkillsAIA Billing (5 years of experience is preferred)Month-End Close (5 years of experience is preferred)Journal Entries (5 years of experience is preferred)Audit - Internal (5 years of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
