We are seeking a high-caliber Interim Senior Finance Leader to support, manage, and execute all enterprise financial initiatives during a key Senior Leader's leave of absence (LOA). You will partner closely with the CFO. Some of the initatives include AI ROI, streamlining the organization's tracking and governance of enterprise expenses, evaluation of current financial project processes, and establish metrics to track business outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for major initiatives involving our AI Center of Excellence (CoE), Technology, and Strategic Portfolio Management. This is not a "placeholder" role; you will own the financial stewardship of high-stakes projects. The chosen Interim Finance Leader needs to be reside in the a commuting distance to downtown St. Paul. Audit and Monitor resource utilization—including personnel, technology spend, and budgets—to ensure enterprise initiatives remain within fiscal guardrails. Execute high-level data analytics using SAP and Excel to drive transparency into project expenses and identify variances in real-time. Lead the financial governance for a massive Cost Center Reporting Project, streamlining how the organization tracks and attributes enterprise expenses. Synthesize complex financial data into executive-level presentations for the CFO and Head of Portfolio Management, focusing on value delivery and accountability. Partner cross-functionally with the AI CoE and Technology teams to establish KPIs that track progress toward specific business outcomes and long-term value realization. Review and validate all supplemental staffing requests, serving as the final financial gatekeeper for headcount additions within the portfolio. Refine existing financial governance processes to improve adaptability, recommending structural changes where current enterprise needs are not being met.
