MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Reviews purchase orders, customer documents, engineering drawings/specifications and process documentation in preparation for conducting quality conformance inspections and tests. 2. Inspects and tests products according to Acceptance Test Procedures and other criteria using inspection equipment such as calipers, radius gauges, etc. 3. Performs cosmetic and other qualitative inspections per internal and external workmanship standards. 4. Collects and records inspection and test data; generates reports of inspection and test results. 5. Prepares non-conformance tags as required to achieve corrective actions.
