Working with the Senior HR Partner/(s), to translate the HR strategy into action through analysis, design and implementation of initiatives.Work closely with regional and global leaders to help manage and support all employees in our various trainee program rotations and permanent placements by providing customized career support and guidance. In addition, ensure all administrative aspects are carried out (payroll, compensation, policies and procedures, etc.)Provide advice, coaching and support to senior leaders and their team members on employee relations, recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, talent & development, compensation, HR policies, processes and practices.Assess current programs and find ways to enhance structure by bringing forward new ideas, communicating with key business stakeholders and approaches to improve the program year over year, ensuring global coordination and consistency, where appropriateMonitoring emerging market trends and data to generate insights and knowledge to influence and support the business to successfully plan for short and long term workforce issues and succession requirementsActively monitor and assess the quality and performance of graduates, as it relates to changing business needs and demands, and in line with the global measurement standards to drive a culture of high performance and superior individual and team results. Gather feedback as necessary and coach managers on providing performance reviews to traineesPartner with appropriate COEs teams to ensure a timely and pleasant employee onboarding experience and an efficient and respectful off boarding processIdentify learning & development needs during day to day consulting with the business and provide these insights to Learning & Development to drive impactful learning solutions.Be the liaison between the business and the relevant local and global compensation teams to appropriately benchmark positions, provide market data and successfully coordinate the annual compensation process. Interpret and apply policy independently and exercise sound judgment in analyzing the implications of policy exceptions and in deciding when matters should be referred to Sr HR business Partner, ER or legal counsel.Working with HR Coordinator, COEs and/or HRSC on execution of all HR administration - employee queries, exit interviews, monthly & global reporting, position evaluation, management reporting etc.Working with the HR Initiatives Manager and team to streamline, automate and improve the efficiency of HR processes through the use of technology, reengineering and quality improvements.Overall, provide coaching to graduates to achieve a culture of high performance and superior individual and team results to drive a competitive advantage for the businessContinuous talent approach including the talent review process; the identification of High Potential talent and, ensuring that talent has established goals and development plans as neededAdvising on promotions to Associate and VP and working with the HRBPs globally on all associated year-end processes.Encourage involvement in recruiting & participation in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)As part of One HR, serve as an effective liaison between the Business, Global HR, HRSC and COEs to help ensure that a full scope of HR support is executed in a consistent, thoughtful, helpful and compliant manner qualifications: Experience level: Minimum 2 years of experienceEducation: Bachelors skills: Human Resources Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
