Seamlessly schedule and coordinate multi-tier interview panels across candidates, internal recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams. Prepare, distribute, and track formal offer letter packages and pre-employment documentation in strict accordance with company policies. Own and monitor the pre-employment screening pipelines, including background checks and drug screens, while maintaining complete confidentiality of sensitive data. Coordinate start-date and onboarding logistics, communicating details smoothly to internal stakeholders and People Operations. Maintain administrative accuracy inside SAP / SuccessFactors, ensuring all candidate records, job requisitions, and compliance documentation are up-to-date. Generate, maintain, and distribute weekly recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and operational tracking data for leadership. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate manual operational bottlenecks. Identify opportunities to compress recruiting timelines, improve data workflows, and assist with training or knowledge-sharing for new team members.
