We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing complex repairs on a variety of heavy equipment, including pumps, hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical components. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in field or shop service tech roles, specializing in the repair of heavy equipment such as dozers, backhoes, front-end loaders, and excavators. strong customer service skills are essential, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues, requiring effective communication both in writing and verbally. The successful candidate should be highly productive, capable of working efficiently with a high energy level, and be able to work with limited supervision. Ownership of personal tools is a requirement for this position, and a clean and valid driver's license is mandatory.
