Preventative Care: Perform routine maintenance and quality checks, including syrup calibration and flavor changes, to ensure peak performance. Rapid Response: Manage dispatched service calls promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting ETAs. Inventory Management: Maintain an organized stock of parts and tools within your company vehicle and assist with general warehouse duties. Communication & Documentation: Use a company-provided tablet to document all work performed and keep supervisors informed of customer needs or sales opportunities. Requirements Experience: strong mechanical background (Technical or Vocational school graduate preferred). Licensing: Must possess and maintain a valid Real-ID Driver’s License. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 55 lbs. regularly (up to 70 lbs. occasionally) and wear steel-toed shoes.
