We are currently seeking a high-performance Process Technician to join our South-Central team and support our advanced thermoforming manufacturing operations.Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end thermoforming process—using specialized machinery to heat and mold plastic into high-precision shapes. You will manage machine setups, monitor production runs for efficiency, and ensure all output meets rigorous quality standards. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of Production/Manufacturing experience is required. Technical Expertise: Direct experience with Plastics and Thermoforming is a must. Education: High School Diploma required; Technical School graduate/experience is highly preferred. Tools: Proficiency with common hand tools and the ability to accurately read a standard tape measure. Additional Assets: CNC machining experience, packaging industry background, or warehousing experience is a plus. Language: bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage. Material Management: Assist in the recycling process for scrap plastics and maintain raw material flow. Quality Control: Abide by strict quality expectations using standard measuring tools to ensure part accuracy. Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized production floor.
