We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver with at least 3 years of experience who enjoys a mix of complex technical challenges and hands-on mechanical work. You will be responsible for the health and efficiency of our industrial systems, ranging from 24v control systems to 480v 3-phase power.Core Responsibilities Diagnostics & Repair: Analyze malfunctioning electrical/electronic equipment and computer-controlled systems. Conduct sequential tests to locate malfunctions and perform repairs on circuits, wiring, and measuring devices. Installation & Modification: Plan and execute the layout of electrical systems. Install fixtures, components, and control devices, connecting equipment to power circuits (24v-480v). Calibration & Testing: Calibrate electronic instruments to exact specifications. Test wiring and circuit connections to ensure operational integrity and safety. Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine safety inspections and maintain industrial machinery to prevent downtime. Solder components and replace defective parts as needed. Technical Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work orders, and technical manuals. Use CAD software for design, modeling, or engineering tasks. Collaboration: Communicate technical data with engineering and manufacturing personnel to determine project specifications and organize workflows. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years in industrial electrical maintenance or a related field. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Technical Expertise: * Advanced knowledge of AC/DC power (24v-480v, 1 & 3 phase). PLC Programming (creating, editing, and troubleshooting). Proficiency with Motor Controls and Control Systems. Tools & Tech: Must be proficient with hand/power tools and comfortable using a cell phone for team communication. Physical/Safety: Ability to work independently or as part of a team; must be able to obtain forklift certification and adhere to strict safety protocols. Why Apply?
