As a member of Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SRA), the incumbent is responsible for reviewing and approving formulas and creating accurate legal text to ensure regulatory compliance of the finished product. Success in this role will require collaborating within the SRA function and cross-functional team members.Salary: $45 - $55 per hourWork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMEducation: BachelorsResponsibilities**HYBRIDWhat are your daily job duties: Review and approve new formulas. Create legal text for new/revised formulas as needed.Review/approve off-pack claims, marketing messages, vignettes for technical accuracy and fit with Marketing Code.Support large scale portfolio initiatives: improve formulas in spec system, nutrition surveys, legal text and ingredient declaration.Review commercialization artwork for accuracy. What do you need to get hired? 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs at a food, beverage, or consumer product companyBachelor's in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Process Engineering or similar degreeExperience in Canadian regulatory, Dragonfly/yellowfin, MS Office What you will get in return?
