This role is primarily responsible for managing manufacturing data, coordinating inventory, and assisting with employee training and administrative tasks to ensure smooth plant operations. Core Responsibilities Manufacturing & Systems Management: Use Great Plains software to enter Manufacturing Orders (MOs), create picklists, manage component transactions, and close orders for various production departments. Review the timecard system daily and assist supervisors with ADP-related inquiries. Serve as a bilingual translator for HR, Quality Control, and production supervisors as needed. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate files for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Perform inventory transfers, cycle count reconciliations, and assist with full physical inventory audits. Reporting & Analysis: Process and distribute monthly reports regarding labor analysis, yields, and overhead costs. Workforce Support: * Coordinate directly with temporary labor agencies to meet staffing needs. Training & Safety: Facilitate orientation and training for new hires on GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with food safety plans and BRC system integrity.
