Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank-to-ledger reconciliations to ensure the books are balanced. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the remittance process and suggest ways to automate or streamline workflows. Customer Relations: Work professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to clarify remittance details. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2–5 years of dedicated experience in Accounts Receivable or Cash Applications. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in mid-to-large scale ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics). Excel Skills: You should be comfortable with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables—manual reconciliation doesn't scare you, but you know how to make the software do the heavy lifting. Collaborate with Brokers and Project Managers to resolve mystery payments and aged receivables.
