Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field such as computer science, information systems, mathematics, or business administration.A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum, ITIL, TOGAF) is preferred but not required. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.Experience in higher education is preferred but not required. Technical Skills: CRM expertise: In-depth knowledge of CRM solutions, such as Salesforce.com, Blackbaud, Slate, and/or Liaison, especially as used in educational or nonprofit sectors.Data integration: Familiarity with integrating CRM systems with other applications and data sources.Software development: understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.CRM governance: Ability to establish and manage CRM governance processes, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
