Leadership Atlanta selects 86 community leaders, CEOs, and City officials to help advance Metro Atlanta towards unity and shared prosperity.
ATLANTA - May 13, 2026 - Randstad, the world’s leading talent company, today announced that Keith Brown, Vice President and Head of Community Impact at Randstad North America has been selected to take part in Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2027.
Celebrating more than 55 years of developing leaders, Leadership Atlanta is one of the oldest sustained community leadership programs in the nation. As part of the invitation, cohorts will take part in a nine-month program that aims to build relationships and uncover ways to be more effective in their leadership roles.
By joining this cohort, Brown advances Randstad’s Partner for Talent strategy and strengthens its mission to be the world’s most equitable and specialized talent company. This engagement ensures that Randstad leads through presence and deep expertise in a landscape shifting quickly, providing the clarity clients need in a world where speed, expertise, and experience matter more than ever.

With over 20 years of experience across human capital resourcing and corporate social responsibility (CSR), Brown leads Randstad’s U.S. community engagement strategies. He manages an integrated practice focused on workforce development and skilling solutions. As part of the new class, Brown aims to demonstrate how addressing Atlanta's specific challenges can create a more resilient workforce framework, one that connects executive vision with the evolving future of work in the Southeast's premier hub. Drawing on regional breakthroughs, such as Atlanta's distinct systems integration and cross-sector synergy, Brown will be able to contribute actionable learnings to Randstad's clients and partners nationwide.
Brown joins a diverse mix of distinguished leaders in Metro Atlanta, including F. DuBois Bowman, President of Morehouse College; Tayo Famakinwa, President, UPS; Paul Baldoni, Senior Vice President, Delta Air Lines, Inc.; Josh Roberts, Chief Operating Officer, Piedmont Healthcare; Sarah Crockett, Chief Marketing Officer, Carter’s; and Walt Farrell, President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlanta Gas Light & Chattanooga Gas, among others. The program now has more than 4,000 alumni.
