ATLANTA – July 18, 2023 – Clarissa Rodney, Vice President of Business Intelligence, Sales Business Operations, Randstad USA, has been named to the seventh annual 40 Under 40 list for 2023 by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The list recognizes the next generation of leaders in the human resources and staffing industries.

By ensuring Randstad had the initial project management to initiate the movement from product to business performance, she helped drive the digital platform’s performance and expansion in two new states.
In her role as Vice President of Business Intelligence, Rodney confirms that the right data is analyzed and given to field leaders quickly and efficiently so that they can appropriately steer the business. Her work directly contributes to Randstad's outperformance and helps maintain their top 3 position in the United States.
