the connector at the center of it all
You’re the bridge between what clients need and the talent who can deliver it. You learn the story behind each role — whether it’s audit, payroll, financial analysis, operations support, administrative leadership, or office coordination — and you match it to the skills, goals, and personality of candidates who will succeed.
You guide talent through the entire journey: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing support. You troubleshoot, coach, advise, and communicate with clarity. And you partner closely with Client Development Managers to ensure our clients receive outstanding service every step of the way.

Your day is a mix of talent strategy, relationship building, and problem solving. You’re:
- Sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates through multiple channels
- Screening, interviewing, and evaluating talent to ensure alignment with client needs
- Preparing candidates for interviews and advising on compensation expectations
- Managing the hiring and placement process with accuracy and care
- Monitoring market trends so you can stay ahead of what talent and clients need
- Supporting talent in the field, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Keeping compliance, documentation, and processes on track
You’re the person clients rely on and talent trusts — and that makes your work matter.

what you’ll own
- Build strong pipelines for finance, accounting, administrative, and operational roles
- Research, identify, screen, interview, and select qualified candidates
- Align candidate skills with client expectations and job requirements
- Execute recruiting plans for current and future hiring needs
- Guide talent through onboarding and support their success on assignment
- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Maintain ATS accuracy, process discipline, and compliance standards
- Partner with CDMs on fulfillment strategy, job requirements, and client expectations
- Stay current on labor market trends, compensation insights, and industry shifts
