Seeking a highly specialized Technical Bill.com Implementation Consultant to lead a critical system cleanup and optimization project. Due to complex inherited configurations and a high transaction volume (10,000-15,000 items monthly), our current environment requires a deep-tier technical expert who understands the backend architecture of Bill.com and its integration with Sage. This project will only last for 1-2 weeks and is full-time and remote.

job type: Contract
salary: $60 - 75 per hour
work hours: 8 to 5

- Workflow Optimization: Address limited self-service capabilities by implementing technical workarounds or configuration adjustments to streamline AP/AR processes.
- Sync Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve multiple existing sync errors between Bill.com and Sage to ensure data integrity across both platforms.
- Risk Mitigation: Execute all changes directly within the live production environment (no sandbox available) with precision to ensure no historical data is corrupted or prior periods are altered.

- Advanced Bill.com Expertise: Proven track record as a technical implementer or power-user specializing in system architecture, rather than just functional end-use.
- ERP Integration Experience: Deep experience managing the sync between Bill.com and Sage is highly preferred.

- Technical Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot "inherited" system mess and perform deep-level cleanup that standard customer support cannot address.
